All sales are delivered; no pickup. Customers never come to a DrinkingWood location.
Service area: Lake of the Ozarks / Missouri only — orders outside the area are rejected.
No delivery to state or federal parks. Orders placed to such addresses are refunded with the card processing fee withheld.
Delivery dates are estimates. Subject to weather (rain, lightning) and backlog; dates may slide.
One delivery = one address. Stocking multiple properties means multiple orders.
Nobody needs to be home — wood is left (dumped or stacked) in the area you designate.
Refunds & cancellation
Delivered wood is final — non-refundable and non-returnable.
Cancellation cutoff: you may cancel for a refund until 12:01 AM Central Time the day before the expected delivery date; after that, no refunds (the truck may already be loaded). The cutoff floats with the expected date if deliveries are pushed out.
Processing fees are non-refundable on customer-initiated refunds. When your choice triggers the refund (cancellation, or ordering to an excluded park address), the card processing fee is withheld: refund = amount paid − the processing fee. When DrinkingWood causes the refund (e.g. out of stock), the refund is full.
Cancellation is all-or-none — the whole order, no partial refunds.
The wood
Sold by the cord or fractions of a cord (full, half, third, or bundle — a Missouri requirement). A cord is inherently imprecise and firewood is sold as-is by these standard fractions.
Air-dried, not guaranteed pest-free. We make an effort not to sell wood with pests but cannot guarantee it; if you can't accept that, please don't buy. A moisture-content reading is taken and photographed at delivery as proof of dryness.
Minimum order: one bundle.
Stacking is an optional paid add-on priced by the amount of wood; bundles are not stacked.
